Conditions

Reservation/bookings: To reserve and confirm a booking we need full payment / cleared funds upfront.

Key handover: On arrival, address details will be emailed together with confirmation about the receipt of full payment.

Cancellation: Generally there are following cancellation terms and cost (in percent, based on the days only, excluding deposit or clean out fees!)

10% on any cancellation. Plus occuring bank/credit card fees for re-transfer.
25% if more than 8 up to 12 weeks ahead. Plus occuring bank/credit card fees for re-transfer.
50% if more than 4 weeks ahead. Plus occuring bank/credit card fees for re-transfer.
100% if less than 4 weeks ahead. Plus occuring bank/credit card fees for re-transfer of cleaning fee and key deposit.

Availability (UNDER CONSTRUCTION - PLEASE ENQUIRE YOUR PREFERRED DATES!): Below mentioned dates are updated as best as possible but cannot be guaranteed due to further agency cooperations! Nevertheless, we do encourage you to enquire even if your chosen date is taken. There are a few (by owner) reservations which may be moved to another date. Immediate reservation: We recommend (after the initial contact by phone/email) to pay the minimum of £ 150,- (€ 200,-), key deposit to secure reservations immediately. Please use our paypal facility (surcharge of 4% on any amount) as the reservation will then be in progress straight away.

Bank charges / currency exchange: Any bank charges which may occur must be paid by the renter. We have a bank account in Continental Europe for € payments and a bank account in the UK for £ Sterling transactions. PayPal and credit card payments are accepted and always incur 4% surcharge.
