Conditions

Reservation: To reserve and confirm a tenancy agreement we need to have received full payment before the booking can be secured.

Key handover: This will be done on arrival and in person. Property details will be sent by e-mail together with confirmation of receipt of full payment.

Cancellation: Cancellation fees are based on a percentage of the total rent amount ONLY for each property (excluding deposit or cleaning costs!):

10%: on any cancellation. Plus any bank/credit card fees incurred.
25%: if the cancellation is made between 8-12 weeks before the confirmed tenancy start date. Plus any bank/credit card fees incurred.
50%: if the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before the confirmed tenancy start date. Plus any bank/credit card fees incurred.
100%: if the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the confirmed tenancy start date. Plus any bank/credit card fees incurred for re-imbursement of cleaning fee and key deposit.

Property availability is kept as up to date as possible, but cannot be guaranteed! Nevertheless, we do encourage you to enquire even if your chosen start date does not appear to be currently available. Availability dates for certain properties are flexible! Bank charges / currency exchange: Any bank charges which may be incurred must be paid in full by the tenant. We have a bank account in continental Europe for all Euro (€) payments and a bank account in the UK for all Pound Sterling (£) transactions. PayPal and credit card payments are accepted and always incur a 4% surcharge.

Check-in: Please make sure that you present a valid photographic ID on check-in together with the credit card that you used to secure the booking. We reserve the right to refuse key handover if no valid photographic ID is produced on check in.
