Rates for studio flat

Daily rate: Please use our rate calculator by entering your wanted dates and number of person on our calendar

Service fee: £ 30,- for arrival, departure clean and key handover management (arrivals after 1800 till 9 am would need to have compulsory taxi service of our chosen/trusted company for key handover).

Key/Damage deposit: £ 150,-

More than 2 person staying: £ 15,- per day, per person.

Please Note: We only supply for stated total group size, bedsheets, pillows, linen, towels and sofa or extra beds. Additionally we have travel baby cots (for up to 2 yrs old) included and free of charge! Please Note: Sheets, cover etc for babybed are not included and have to be organised by yourself
