Rates for 1 double bed flat

VilliersONE [7 flats] - 2 rooms, 30-35sqm - plus shower/bath room [standard up to 4 person - max 5 person] per week/day:

Winter season 05.01. to 15.02. (basic rate): 1week = £100 p/day. 3-7 days = £125 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £150 p/day.

Spring/autumn 15.02.-25.03. & 15.09.-15.12.(+20%): 1week = £120 p/day. 3-7 days = £150 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £180 p/day.

Summer & Easter 25.03. to 15.09. (+30%): 1week = £130 p/day. 3-7 days = £163 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £195 p/day.

Christmas & New Year 15.12. to 05.01 (+40%): 1week = £140 p/day. 3-7 days = £175 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £210 p/day.

Service fee: £ 50,- for arrival, departure clean and key handover management (arrivals after 2000 till 8 am would need to have compulsory taxi service of our chosen/trusted company for key handover). Weekly cleaning service included (linenchange every 14 days).

Key/Damage deposit: £ 150,- This amount will be kept till 14 days after departure! It will then be re-transfered into your bank account.

5 person staying: Extra £ 20,- per day.
(Note: We supply for total group size, bedsheets, pillows, linen, towels. Additionally we have baby cot (for up to 2 yrs old) including, cover and blanket available - free of charge!

Centre Point House [7 flats] - 3 rooms, ca. 85 sqm - [standard up to 4 person, maximum 8 person] per week/day:

Winter season 05.01. to 15.02. (basic rate): 1week = £140 p/day. 3-7 days = £175 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £210 p/day.

Spring/autumn 15.02.-25.03. & 15.09.-15.12.(+20%): 1week = £168 p/day. 3-7 days = £210 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £252 p/day.

Summer & Easter 25.03. to 15.09. (+30%): 1week = £182 p/day. 3-7 days = £228 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £ 273 p/day.
Christmas & New Year 15.12. to 05.01 (+40%): 1week = £196 p/day. 3-7 days = £245 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £294 p/day.

Winter season 05.01. to 15.02. (basic rate): 1week = £200 p/day. 3-7 days = £250 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £300 p/day.
Spring/autumn 15.02.-25.03. & 15.09.-15.12.(+20%): 1week = £240 p/day. 3-7 days = £300 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £360 p/day.

Summer & Easter 25.03. to 15.09. (+30%): 1week = £260 p/day. 3-7 days = £325 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £ 390 p/day.
Christmas & New Year 15.12. to 05.01 (+40%): 1week = £280 p/day. 3-7 days = £392 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £420 p/day.

Spring/autumn 15.02.-25.03. & 15.09.-15.12.(+20%): 1week = £335 p/day. 3-7 days = £420 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £503 p/day.

Summer & Easter 25.03. to 15.09. (+30%): 1week = £365 p/day. 3-7 days = £456 MIDWEEK (MO-FR) or WEEKEND £ 548 p/day.
