We are, Tino, Anita and John and have teamed up to create a genuine holiday rent and sublet network. Being typical central Londoner's (never mind that we are 3 different nationalities) who travel fairly often but also accommodate regularly visiting friends, relatives, clients, we asked ourselves:
Whilst away, what about:
- Home safety (to deter burglars, squatters & vandals).
- Home care (plants, reporting weather damage etc.).
- Home better being lived in (aired, maintained, cleaned & looked after).
- Running cost of property even when not occupied.
Whilst in London, what about:
- Where to accommodate our visitors if not enough space in our own places.
- Cost of elsewhere accommodating our visitors (nearby central London hotels etc.).
- Availability of elsewhere accommodating our visitors.
Of course a solution would be to contact "homesitting" agencies whilst away. Whilst in London using hotels or businesses specialised in self catering apartments and agencies for short let or holiday homes, would make sense.
Why not doing it this way?!
The bottom line is simply (and mainly) costing! All of these services are charged to their central London price tag!
Now, this is were we put our heads together and founded: "lifestyle-lets.com"
We are a network of private individuals caring at each others homes and offering visitors a quality home with competivive rates. The unique character about our network is that private persons are dealing personally with each other and creating a win/win situation by cutting cost, simply having the home looked after whilst away and offering our guests a quality "holiday / short stay" home for low cost.
